Christopher A. Kotwicki
DIRECTOR
Christopher A. Kotwicki was the Special Assistant for Deputy Secretary Hargan in the Immediate Office of the Secretary (IOS) at the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). At HHS, he served as the first liaison between the Deputy Secretary and other senior executives, management, and staff, both internal and external to HHS. This included all 27 heads of divisions at the department as well as stakeholders, healthcare providers, journalists, scientists, lawmakers and professors.
Prior to his time at HHS, Chris has worked in and around government, with experience on Capitol Hill, in local government, for non-profits, and think tanks. In these roles, Chris has experience working with elected officials (Legislative and Executive Branch), corporations, campaigns, and individuals.
Chris received his Bachelor of Arts in Economic and Political Science from Villanova University. He also received his Master of Public Administration (MPA) with a Graduate Certificate in City Management from Villanova University. While at Villanova, he was a co-host of the longest running student radio show at 89.1 WXVU, The Four Man Weave.
